Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 48 business hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a missed service fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and hazard-free access to the premises.
- Securing valuables before cleaning.
- Notifying us of special requirements or hazardous materials on-site.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless caused by proven negligence.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for excellence. If you are unsatisfied with our service, notify us within 1 business day, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

- Loss of property if not properly secured.
