Carlos Hernandez

Founder & President

Carlos is the founder and President of Keepers. He grew up in London, England working alongside his family’s cleaning business. Carlos earned a degree in International Studies with an emphasis in Business from Brigham Young University. Through college, he worked as a custodian, cleaning many large buildings on the university campus. He decided to put his degree and knowledge of the cleaning industry to use by founding Keepers in 2008.

Carlos loves going on walks with Marci and their 4 kids. He is a true foodie and is on the constant search for the best pizza, rib-eye steak, and pasta Alfredo.

Marci Hernandez

Co-owner and CEO

Marci has been working side-by-side with Carlos since they started the business in 2008. She has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in leadership. Marci has had many roles over the years but now oversees setting the vision for the team.

When she is not in a meeting, Marci enjoys any outdoor activity with Carlos and their 4 kids. She trains for half marathons and triathlons.

Azucena Baca

Operations Manager

Azucena takes pride in providing the highest quality customer service. She coordinates with the supervisors on any customer service tasks. She keeps our inspection list up to date to ensures each customer is visited and received a thorough inspection of their facility.

Azucena loves to try new recipes and spending her free time with her family. 

Saul Arreguin

Special Projects and Supplies Coordinator

Saúl works in our Projects & Supplies department. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from The University of Texas at Austin. Saúl makes sure all special projects go according to plan and are delivered on time. He is also in constant communication with the crews to make sure supplies are always in stock at all accounts.

Saúl enjoys watching soccer, Formula 1 and playing golf on his free time.

Nick Dias

Executive Vice President

After serving in the military, Nick earned his degree in Global Business from ASU while working in hospital security at a Level II trauma center. His career advanced quickly, helping expand a multinational firm from two to seven states. At Keepers, Nick drives business development and growth with a client-first approach.

Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and training for ultra-marathons and Ironman events.

Yesenia Casas

Account Manager

Yesenia does regular inspections with the cleaning crews. She leads the crews as they get started on working with new accounts, performing on-site training for each new location. She also supports our operations staff by coordinating crew changes or inspections.

She loves to spend time with her kids and eating chocolate.

Joshua Vizcarra

Sales/Account Manager

Joshua does regular inspections with the cleaning crews. He leads the crews as they start working with new accounts, performing on-site training for each new location. He also supports our operations staff by coordinating crew changes or inspections.

Joshua loves spending time with his family and cooking on his grill.

Ciriam Montante

Tucson Account Manager

Ciriam will be working to ensure that we are providing good quality services to our clients by doing regular onsite inspections and training. She will lead the crews on the initial visit and provide customer care to all her clients. She will provide support to our Operations department.

She enjoys playing darts and spending time with family and her dog Kiki.

Aracely Gonzalez

Account Manager

Aracely does regular inspections with the cleaning crews. She leads the crews as they get started on working with new accounts, performing on-site training for each new location. She also supports our operations staff by coordinating crew changes or inspections.

Aracely enjoys working out and lifting weights.

Alan Torres

Account Manager

Alan ensures all inspections, quality checks, and extra service work are completed with care and efficiency. He takes pride in delivering exceptional service and keeping operations running seamlessly for our clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, staying active through fitness, and spending quality time with my family.

Dyanne Mendez

Night Supervisor

Dyanne Mendez is a Night Supervisor at Keepers who plays a key role in supporting our cleaning crews during evening operations. She helps ensure each team is set up for success by checking in on job sites, answering questions, and providing hands-on guidance. Dyanne’s attention to detail and calm leadership help keep things running smoothly night after night.

Outside of work, she enjoys all things beauty and makeup artistry.

Leonel Aguilar

Night Supervisor

Leonel serves as a Night Supervisor at Keepers, supporting our cleaning teams during evening operations. He regularly visits multiple locations to assist crews, coordinate staff changes, and ensure quality through inspections.

In his free time, Leonel enjoys grilling with his three boys and catching live stand-up comedy.

Carrie Mock

Director of Finance

Carrie holds a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law, leveraging her expertise to drive success for corporations. She passionately shares her wealth of knowledge and insights with colleagues at Keepers.

Off-roading and watersports have been central to Carrie and her husband’s lives since childhood. Now, they eagerly embrace every chance to enjoy these activities with their two daughters and close family friends, creating cherished memories together.

Ana Terrones

Accounting Manager

Ana has an associates degree in accounting and has been with Keepers since 2011. She handles all accounts payable and invoices customers. Ana also keeps all our information systems up- to-date.

During her free time, Ana can be found reading, cooking with her family, and enjoying warm sunny days.

Chrissy Glunt

Accounting Admin

Chrissy works in our accounts receivable department making sure customer payments are posted properly and that accounts are up to date.

Chrissy has been married for 20 years, her and her husband have 2 children. They love to travel for hockey and rodeo events. Their son plays travel ice hockey and Chrissy volunteers for his hockey association on the Board of Directors.

Sandy Watt

HR Executive Admin

With more than ten years’ experience, Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in human resources, executive assistance, business ownership, and real estate. Her multifaceted background showcases a unique blend of skills that drive organizational success and growth.

Sandy is an Arizona native and loves watching our beautiful Arizona sunsets. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the water paddleboarding with her friends and family.

Julia Hidalgo

Marketing Specialist

Julia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Photography with a minor in Digital Audiences from Arizona State University. She supports the marketing and sales team at Keepers by assisting with campaign coordination, content creation, strategy development, and managing sales appointments.

Outside of work, Julia loves spending time with her husband and two kids and is always up for an adventure, especially exploring new places and cultures.
